The In-app Sign system offers exceptional value for money with a single, reasonable license fee per site, operating seamlessly on iPads without the need for proprietary hardware. We’ve opted for refurbished iPads, further enhancing cost savings. Setting up and managing the software is remarkably simple, much to the delight of our receptionists who prefer it over our outdated paper-based system. They can effortlessly monitor visitor and staff presence, and even facilitate sign-ins and outs through the web-based application when necessary.
Visitors experience a positive encounter, leaving them with a contemporary impression of our college. Kudos to the support representatives and development team for their outstanding responsiveness in addressing assistance requests and offering to handle bulk modifications. We’ve suggested several features that would enhance our operations, and the team has promptly developed and implemented them. This level of responsiveness in integrating user suggestions is unparalleled in my experience — truly remarkable!

Up to now, configuring the software has been a relatively smooth process. Its user-friendly interface bodes well for our users, minimizing potential complications. Our aim is to eliminate the clutter of paper sign-in sheets in our reception area, motivated by GDPR compliance concerns.
I was actually very impressed by the use of this solution as it solved a major problem of having different logins for different solutions. I look forward to the future improvements because I think it will be an overall value add for the community. So in order to be fair, I will outline some of the downsides I found with the solution.
If they could develop an add-on similar to my Timify.com Room bookings app and incorporate features for key signing in and out, or integrate seamlessly with PAXTON and Salto (with a preference towards Salto as we’re gradually transitioning to their system), it would create the ideal solution for me.
